Who We Are

OneVisionAid (OVA) is an international relief and development NGO (Org) working to support and assist the world’s poorest and most needy communities regardless of race, creed or nationality.

Since its establishment, OneVisionAid supports projects in many countries spanning across the world. By responding quickly to emergencies, One Vision Aid provides relief to survivors of natural disasters, and human-caused disasters (war, civil-strife, displacement).

OVA also undertakes long-term development projects on education and training, provision of clean water and health care.

 

What We Do?

We provide educational development by supporting children and their families; facilitate their education by providing them with the infrastructure, tools and training services. We believe education is a fundamental human right and vital for achieving economic growth and eradication of poverty. Our work focuses on educating children and inspiring them into participating actively in society.

Our Vision is to uphold the human values and promote the services of men and women for the benefit of the greater community and to empower them to walk on the path of self-sufficiency.

We want to see a world where every disadvantaged person’s basic educational requirements are fulfilled. We aim to see education prevail everywhere and minimize poverty.

OneVisionAid (OVA) to become, not only a remarkably successful in alleviating the poverty and suffering of the communities in need, but an essential organisation with-in the Humanitarian Aid industry; to our beneficiaries, donors and all stakeholders.

 

Mission

Our mission is to help the disadvantaged and needy by providing them the basic educational requirements and financial support. We strive to support the disadvantage communities to raise their skill levels and become self-sufficient. We believe education is a fundamental human right. Through education we aim to achieve economic growth and help eradicate poverty.

OVA makes every effort to bring humanity closer together through supporting and assisting the world’s poorest and needy communities by responding quickly to emergencies, undertaking sustainable development projects to break cycles of endemic poverty.

Local Activities

- Voluntarily support youth in the local community through organising sport activities,social events and supports youth to integrate into the wider community.

- Play a role in mentoring and supporting young men and women within the community who may be suffering from depression, cultural identity or substance abuse issues.

- Helping the youth on drugs / depression to integrate back into the community and mentoring the youth with personal identify issues and to help them assimilate into the Australian way of life.

 

OneVisionAid is registered by the Australian Taxation Office with DGR status for tax deductible donations. Through our work One Vision Aid seeks also to foster Peace, Sustainability, and Civil Society.
